Q: How relaible is the TBS² Switching System?
A: As of July, 2010 we have replaced 1 relay, and about 3 footswithes TOTAL in all of the pedals we have in the field. So, over the last 8+ years, it’s been pretty darn reliable. If it wasn’t, we wouldn’t warranty it forever!

Q: When are you going to do Custom Colors?
A: We occasionally do Custom Colors, we charge $50 for a Custom Color Paint, and $25 for un-finished. We have to charge extra, because it takes a lot of time to keep track of a single pedal through the process, plus the charge for a single paint job is very expensive. Contact us if you want more information about Custom Colors.

Q: Can I buy the type of footswitch used on Cusack Effects Pedals, for my pedal?
A: Our Footswitch is more than just a footswitch. It is a Momentary Footswitch, Microcontroller, and Relay combined to make the most reliable switching system available in a Guitar Pedal. We now have available our TBS and TBS2 modules, to allow you to add the Cusack TBS system to just about any pedal. See the TBS and TBS2 pages for more information.

Q: Can you add Tap-Tempo to my “insert pedal name here” pedal?
A: Currently we only mod select ZVEX pedals for Tap-Tempo.
