We have a few things planned for the new year at CM. Stay tuned for a AME Tremolo coming very soon with an onboard tap tempo. Also a Screamer Fuzz utilizing a rare old rectifier never before used in pedal building (as far as we know.) This limited one time only run of only 25 numbered pedals will have a very special finish never before seen on a pedal. We are also working on a new pedal design based on the Resound format . As always, if you have input on anything to do with CM we are always eager and willing to listen! Have a great 2020!!
Recently back from Summer Namm and pleased to announce that we have made the Screamer Fuzz Germanium a continued limited production pedal. Unlike the first two limited runs, this version will only have the Germanium clipping option, since if you are after that sound, why fool around?! Note that we have changed from 1N60 to 1N34 diodes because we have a much more reliable supply of them and they are closely comparable. We have enough of the milled aluminum knobs in stock right now to make about 20, so if you are thinking of getting one don't hesitate.. (the wait for more milled knobs is going to be around 30 days). Meanwhile, the four knob Screamer Fuzz will be available in gold with the three original clipping options the the SF has always offered. Also,we showed the proto Meta-Plexi pedal at Snamm, and got many positive responses, including someone who called it "the best plexi pedal" he'd ever played and another guy who just didn't want to leave until he could purchase one of the two prototypes! Unfortunately, we had to go home with them, but we promise they will be coming to life very soon!
Happy new year Cusack Music fans! We just received a brand new Tap-A-Delay Deluxe demo from Stefan Fast of The Pedal Zone, and he has done a wonderful job of showcasing the features of our new delay format. Give it a listen here!
New product demo time! Stu Weinberg just finished his demo of our new Tap-A-Delay Deluxe, which debuted at Summer Namm '17. The Deluxe features a third "Float" stomp switch to freeze your delay, and a rear mounted toggle lets you choose whether you play over top of the floated delay, or continue to add to it. The Float switch works in combination with the brake function for even more tempo twisting options. Give it a listen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fz7aXoHoTpo.
Our first official in-house demo is now on YouTube! It features the new Orthrus distortion.
