Warranty

We are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all Cusack Music products.  Warranty repair service must be performed by Cusack Music, LLC.  We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by having your gear serviced by a local repair shop, your buddy with a soldering iron, etc.    It is important for you to keep any receipts involved with purchasing or repairing your product.

​The warranty will be honored on all equipment, new or used, with the following exceptions:

1. Modification from its original state outside of our shop. We will not fix your botched mod attempts.
2. Intentionally using a different voltage power source than what is previously recommended
​3. Gross abuse.  If your product has been run over by a car, fallen in to a pitcher of beer, and so forth, we will not fix it.  If you accidentally stepped on a toggle switch during a performance and broke it, that's fine. 
Please be reasonable.

Before contacting us, we ask that you first try a few simple things to help us with the diagnosis:
1.  Check your cables (especially the solder-less kind!)
2.  Check your power supply.  Be sure to try the product by itself, not in a chain.  Also check to see if the voltage or milliamp requirement of the pedal is met and if the barrel of the power supply fits well -designs may vary by manufacturer and can sometimes cause intermittent power problems.
3.  If possible, pair the product with different guitar pickups and amps to see if the problem is consistent.
4.  A video of the problem may help expedite a solution; please send to support@cusackmusic.com

You do not need to contact us for an RMA number before sending your product in for repair.  To initiate a warranty repair, we ask that you contact us with ANY questions beforehand.  You cover cost of repair an initial shipment -unless initiation takes place within 60 days of purchase with a receipt, in which we will pay for & email a return label.  We will cover return shipping.  Repairs can be sent to:

​PLEASE INCLUDE: a receipt of product purchase (if available, it may bring your bring your repair fee down), a note with a brief description of the problem that you are experiencing, your return shipping address, and an e-mail address or phone number in the event we need to contact you. Failure to include this information may cause delay for your repair.  Repairs are handled, to the best of our ability, the day they are received.

Payment Methods:  Check, cash (sent in with pedal), Paypal to sales@cusackmusic.com, or card info (processes through Paypal’s virtual terminal, can be written/sent with pedal or spoken over phone).  Please refer to table below to find your cost.

​Your repaired product (or replacement, if repair is not achievable) will be shipped back via FedEx Express for most domestic locations or USPS Priority Mail for domestic PO Box locations & international.  Return shipping time is generally 2-3 business days.  If preferred, we will provide another route of basic (least expensive) shipping upon request.  If you need your pedal back faster than 2-3 business days (upcoming gig, studio time, etc.) arrangements must be made ahead of time and you will be responsible for the return shipping.  Please contact rachel@cusackmusic.com for any shipping or payment inquiries.

​Although we love them like our own, we hope to never have our products in hand again once they leave our shop. However, in the event there is a problem, we will do everything in our power to get your gear up and running again in a timely manner.
