We are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all Cusack Music products. Warranty repair service must be performed by Cusack Music, LLC. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by having your gear serviced by a local repair shop, your buddy with a soldering iron, etc.
The warranty will be honored on all equipment, new or used, with the following exceptions:
1. Modification from its original state outside of our shop. We will not fix your botched mod attempts.
2. Gross abuse. If your pedal has been run over by a car, fallen in to a pitcher of beer, and so forth, we will not fix it. If you accidentally stepped on a toggle switch during a performance and broke it, that's fine.
Please be reasonable.
If you would like to speak with us about your pedal to see if the issue can be resolved without sending it in, or if you have any doubts about whether your pedal qualifies for warranty service or not, please contact us first. You do not need to contact us for an RMA number before sending your pedal in for repair. To initiate a warranty repair, we only ask that you pay to ship your pedal us. We will cover repair costs, and return shipping. Repairs can be sent to:

Please include a note with a brief description of the problem that you are experiencing, your return shipping address, and an e-mail address or phone number in the event we need to contact you. Failure to include this information may delay your repair.
Repairs are handled, to the best of our ability, the day they are received, and will be shipped back via USPS Priority Mail by default. Return shipping time is generally 2-3 business days. If you need your pedal back faster for some reason (an upcoming gig, etc.) arrangements must be made ahead of time, and you will be responsible for the return shipping.
Although we love them like our own, we hope to never see our pedals again once they leave our shop. However, in the event there is a problem, we will do everything in our power to get your gear up and running again in a timely manner.
